- All nuts and seeds (including peanuts and tree nuts)
- Eggs
- Dairy / Cow's milk

-
1
Monitor Mayan closely for any signs of a reaction.
-
2
If he shows distress — such as appearing to be in pain or communicating that his tummy hurts — please calmly reassure him and call V immediately at (520) 596-1045.
-
3
If he vomits, call V immediately at (520) 596-1045.
-
4
If he shows signs of severe allergic reaction (intense difficulty breathing or signs of anaphylaxis) — administer the EpiPen and call 911. Then call V at (520) 596-1045.
Please keep Mayan's bottle separate from other children's bottles at all times to prevent cross-contamination.
- Mayan does not take any over-the-counter medications.
- He receives monthly allergy shots administered by his medical provider (not at daycare).
💉 An EpiPen is provided and must be kept accessible at all times.
